Age Limit(as on 01.01.2019):

• For Sr. No. 01, 03, 06 & 08 to 09: Candidates should be between 18 years to 33 years old.
• For Sr. No. 02: Candidates should be between 20 years to 40 years old.
• For Sr. No. 04: Candidates should be between 20 years to 30 years old.
• For Sr. No. 05: Candidates should be between 22 years to 35 years old.
• For Sr. No. 07: Candidates should be between 20 years to 35 years old.

Qualification:

• For Sr. No. 01: Matriculation (10th) Pass.
• For Sr. No. 02: Three years three years course in General nursing and Mid wifery from a school of Nursing. Certificate as registered Nurse and Mid wife
• For Sr. No. 09: Intermediate (10+2) Passed with Science and Diploma in Medical Laboratory.

Fees: Rs. 500/- for General/OBC candidates (Rs. 400/- shall be refunded to candidates appearing the screening test) and Rs. 250/- SC/ST/PwD/Women/EBC/ Minority candidates. (Full amount Rs.250/- shall be refunded to candidates appearing the screening test)
