Age Limit [18 to 25 years as on 22.01.2025]:
- For General / EWS Born not earlier than 23.01.2000 and not later than 22.01.2007. (both dates inclusive)
- For OBC: Born not earlier than 23.01.1997 and not later than 22.01.2007. (both dates inclusive)
- For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 23.01.1995 and not later than 22.01.2007. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Head Constable (Motor Mechanic): Intermediate (10+2) Passed with Certificate from ITI in Motor Mechanic with 3 years practical experience or 3 years Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
- For Constable (Motor Mechanic): Matriculation (10th) Passed with Certificate from ITI in Motor Mechanic with 3 years experience.
Fees: Rs. 100/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates. There is no fees for SC / ST / PwD / Female / ExSm candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Head Constable (Motor Mechanic) and Constable (Motor Mechanic) in ITBP Vacancy 2024 are given below:
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standards Test (PST)
- Document Verification
- Written Test
- Skill Test
- Medical Examination
Pay Scale:
- For Head Constable (Motor Mechanic): Rs. 25500 – Rs. 81100/-
- For Constable (Motor Mechanic): Rs. 21700 – Rs. 69100/-
