• First Preference: Candidate should be between 30 years to 36 years.
• Second Preference: Candidate should be between 36 years to 42 years.
• Third Preference: Candidate should be between 24 years to 30 years.
• Fourth Preference: Candidate should be between 18 years to 24 years.

• For Draftsman (Civil): Diploma in Draftsman.
• For Assistant Lineman: ITI in Electrician / Wireman with 65% marks (60% for SC candidates)
• For Dispenser: Able to Read / Write.
• For Staff Nurse: B.Sc Nursing / GNM.
• For Junior Engineer (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• For Junior Engineer (Horticulture): Degree / Diploma in Horticulture.
• For Panchkarma Therapist: Diploma in Panchkarma.
• For Private Assistant for General Manager: Bachelor Degree in any stream with PG Diploma in Secretarial Assistance / Computer Application with 55% marks and should have 30 w.p.m typing speed in English / 25 w.p.m in Hindi.
• For Private Assistant for Managing Director: Bachelor Degree in any stream with PG Diploma in Secretarial Assistance / Computer Application with 55% marks and should have 30 w.p.m typing speed in English / 25 w.p.m in Hindi.
• For Accounts Assistant: B.Com / M.Com.
• For Sugarcane Yard Supervisor: Graduation Sugarcane quality checking
• For Junior Programmer / Junior Data Analyst: Bachelor Degree in any stream with 55% marks with PGDCA / LDCA / PGDIT / APGDCA / BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science / IT) / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science / IT) / B.Tech OR Diploma in Computer Application / IT with A / B / C Level course from DOE / NIELIT.
• For Superintendent: Bachelor Degree in relevant line.
• For Planning Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Planning Assistant.
• For Office Assistant (Accounts): Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.Com) with 55% marks OR Master Degree in Commerce (M.Com) with 50% marks. 3 years experience.
• For Laboratory Technician (Lab Technician): Diploma in Veterinary Laboratory Technology (DVLT)
• For Laboratory Supervisor: B.Sc. (Any Stream)
• For Divisional Accountant / Revenue Accountant: Masters Degree in Commerce (M.Com) with 60% marks (55% marks for SC) and SETC passed from HARTRON.
• For Junior Engineer (Electrical): BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• For Junior Engineer (Civil): Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% marks (55% marks for SC).
• For Assistant Welfare Officer: Bachelor Degree in Sociology / Social Science / Social Work / Public Administration with 60% marks
• For Sr. Scale Steno: Intermediate (10+2) with short hand speed of 100 wpm in English and/or 80 wpm in Hindi
• For District Manager: M.A. (Economics) / MBA / M.Com with Two year experience in Administration, Planning, Management
• For Assistant Lineman – HVPNL: ITI course in Electrician/ Electronics/Wireman trade or Lineman & Electrician (Maintenance & Repair of Electrical and Domestic Appliances) OR Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 60% marks (55% marks for SC)
• For Pharmacist – HVPNL: Diploma in Pharmacy and SETC passed from HARTRON
• For Assistant Town Planner: B.Arch / B.Planning / B.tech / M.Planning / M.tech in relevant line.
• For Supervisor – IT: B. Tech / M. Tech
• For Additional Block Programme Officer – MGNREGA: Master of Business Admn. (MBA) in Social Work / Sociology / Economics / Agriculture / Rural Development.
• For Field Technician (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience. The 5-10 years experience should be in electrical works/projects OR B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering
• For Circle Head Draftsman: 10 years’ experience as Draughtsman (Civil)/Head Draughtsman (Civil) or equivalent post in a Central/ State Govt./ Board/ Corporation/Authority/ Any Govt. / Semi Govt. Body or PSU or a Limited Company in India with one year’s experience in general operation of computers
• For Field Technician (Agriculture / Horticulture / Firestry): B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry.
• For Laboratory Technician – HVPNL: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology / B.Sc in Medical Technology
• For Officer Assistant – I: Graduation with minimum 60% and 1 year diploma in Computer applications
