- Sub Inspector (Civil Police): 4242 Posts
- Sub Inspector (Civil Police) – Female: 106 Posts
- Platoon Commander / Sub Inspector (Civil Police): 135 Posts
- SI / Platoon Commander (Special Security Force): 60 Posts
Age Limit: [Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates]: (18 to 28 years as on 01.07.2025) Born not earlier than 02.07.1997 and not later than 01.07.2007. (both dates inclusive).
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any stream.
Fees: Rs. 500/- for All candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Pay Scale: As per rules.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Sub Inspector / Platoon Commander in UP Police Recruitment 2025 are given below:

- Height: 168 Cms (General / OBC / SC candidates)
- Height: 160 Cms (ST)
- Chest: 79 to 84 Cms (General / OBC / SC candidates)
- Chest: 77 to 82 Cms (ST)
- Race: 4.8 Kms in 25 minutes
- For Female Candidates:
- Height: 152 Cms (General / OBC / SC candidates)
- Height: 147 Cms (ST)
- Weight: 40 Kgs
- Race: 2.4 Kms in 14 minutes
