Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2026:- Supreme Court of India (SCI), New Delhi has released a notification for filling up 22 posts of Assistant Editor, Senior Court Assistant and Assistant Librarian vide Advt. No. F.6/RC-2025. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 23.02.2026 to 08.03.2026 using given link below. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply are given below……

Name of the Posts: 

  • Assistant Editor, Supreme Court Reports: 05 Posts
  • Assistant Editor (Ex-Cadre), Supreme Court Museum: 01 Post
  • Senior Court Assistant, Supreme Court Museum: 02 Posts
  • Assistant Librarian: 14 Posts

Age Limit [Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates]: 

  • For Assistant Editor [30 to 40 years as on 01.03.2026]: Born not earlier than 02.03.1986 and not later than 01.03.1996. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Senior Court Assistant [18 to 35 years as on 01.03.2026]: Born not earlier than 01.01.1995 and not later than 01.03.2008. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Assistant Librarian (18 to 30 years as on 01.03.2026): Born not earlier than 02.03.1996 and not later than 01.03.2008. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Assistant Editor, Supreme Court Reports: Bachelor Degree in Law + Experience + Knowledge of Computer Operation
  • For Assistant Editor (Ex-Cadre): Master Degree in Museology with 60% marks + Experience + Knowledge of Computer Operation
  • For Senior Court Assistant: Master Degree in Museology with 55% marks + Experience + Knowledge of Computer Operation.
  • For Assistant Librarian: Degree / Diploma in Library Science + Experience.

Fees: Rs. 1500/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and Rs. 750/- for SC / ST / PwBD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the post of Assistant Editor, Senior Court Assistant and Assistant Librarian in SCI Delhi Recruitment 2026 are given below:

  • Written Test
  • Interview (If Applicable)
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination 

Pay Scale: 

  • For Assistant Editor, Supreme Court Reports: Rs. 78800 + Other Allowance 
  • For Assistant Editor (Ex-Cadre), Supreme Court Museum: Rs. 67700 + Other Allowance 
  • For Senior Court Assistant, Supreme Court Museum: Rs. 47600 + Other Allowance 
  • For Assistant Librarian: Rs. 47600 + Other Allowance
