Name of the Posts:
- Forester: 259 Posts
- Forest Guard: 483 Posts
- Surveyor: 43 Posts
Age Limit [Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates]:
- For Forest Guard (18 to 24 years as on 01.01.2026): Born not earlier than 02.01.2002 and not later than 01.01.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For Forester and Surveyor (18 to 40 years as on 01.01.2026): Born not earlier than 02.01.1986 and not later than 01.01.2008. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Forester: Intermediate (10+2) passed + RSSB CET Qualified at 12th Level Exam.
- For Forest Guard: Matriculation (10th) passed.
- For Surveyor: Intermediate (10+2) passed, ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Fees: Rs. 600/- for General / BC / EBC (Creamy Layer) candidates and Rs. 400/- for BC / EBC (Non Creamy Layer) / SC / ST / PwD / EWS candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Forester, Forest Guard and Surveyor in RSSB Recruitment 2025 are given below:
- Written Test
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standards Test (PST) [If Applicable]
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
