NIOS 10th and 12th Admission:- National Institute of Open Schooling has released a admission notification for Secondary (10th) & Senior Secondary (10+2) examination. Eligible Learners who wants to appear in Public Examination can apply online from 16.03.2025 to 15.09.2025 for Block – I  Exam held in March / April, 2026 & 16.09.2025 to 15.03.2025 for Block – II  Exam held in September / October 2026. Other details like educational qualification, age limit & how to apply are given below……..

Name of the Course: 

• Secondary (10th)
• Senior Secondary (12th)

Age Limit: 

• For Block – I
  • For Secondary (10th): Born not later than 31.07.2011.
  • For Senior Secondary (12th):  Born not later than 31.07.2010.
• For Block – II
  • For Secondary (10th): Born not later than 31.01.2012.
  • For Senior Secondary (12th):  Born not later than 31.01.2011.

Qualification: 

• For Secondary (10th): Middle (8th) Class Pass / Self Certificate.
• For Senior Secondary (12th): Matriculation (10th) Pass.

Fees:

• For Secondary (10th): Rs. 2340/- for General Male candidates, Rs. 1890/- for General Female candidates and Rs. 1560/- for SC / ST / ExSM / PwD candidates.
• For Senior Secondary (12th): Rs. 2600/- for General Male candidates, Rs. 2150/- for General Female candidates and Rs. 1690/- for SC / ST / ESM / PwD candidates.
• For Additional Subjects: Rs. 940/- for All candidates.
• Extra Rs. 70/- will be paid for every online transaction.
• Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

How to Apply: Eligible Learners who wants to appear in Public Examination can apply online from 16.03.2025 to 15.09.2025 for Block – I  Exam held in March / April, 2026 & 16.09.2025 to 15.03.2025 for Block – II  Exam held in September / October 2026. The applicants need not to be sent their filled application form to concerned department.
