NIC Recruitment 2026:- National Informatics Centre (NIC), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India has released a notification for filling up 376 posts of Scientific / Technical Assistant-A vide Advertisement No. NIC/STA/2026/2. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 01.09.2026 to 30.09.2026 using given link below. Name of the Post: Scientific / Technical Assistant – A
- Computer Sciences & Information Technology: 300 Posts
- Electronics & Communication Engineering: 26 Posts
- Data Science & Artificial Intelligence: 50 Posts
Age Limit: (18 to 30 years as on 30.09.2026)
- For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 01.10.1996 and not later than 30.09.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For OBC: Born not earlier than 01.10.1993 and not later than 30.09.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 01.10.1991 and not later than 30.09.2008. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification: M.Sc / MS / MCA / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics and Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Computer Sciences / Computer and Networking Security / Software System / Information Technology / Informatics + Valid GATE Score Card (2024 / 2025 / 2026)
Fees: Rs. 800/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates and There is no fee for SC / ST / PwD / ExSm / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
