MP CHO Form 2023:- National Health Mission, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh has released a recruitment notification for filling up 980 posts of Certificate in Community Health Officers (CCH) and Samvida Community Health Officers (CHO) vide Advt. No. NHM/HR/2023/16696. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 20.10.2023 to 16.11.2023 using given link below. Name of the Posts:
- Certificate in Community Health Officers (CCH): 480 Posts
- Samvida Community Health Officers (CHO): 500 Posts
Age Limit: [21 to 40 years as on 01.09.2023]:
- For General: Born not earlier than 02.09.1983 and not later than 01.09.2002. (both dates inclusive)
- For OBC / EWS / SC / ST / PwD / Female: Born not earlier than 02.09.1978 and not later than 01.09.2002. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Certificate in Community Health Officers (CCH): Bachelor Degree in Science (B.Sc) Nursing / B.Sc (Post-Basic / Certificate) / G.N.M / BAMS and should be registered Nurse and Midwife.
- For Samvida Community Health Officers (CHO): B.Sc (Nursing) / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing and should be registered Nurse and Midwife
Fees: There is no fees for all applicants.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Community Health Officers (CCH) and Samvida Community Health Officers (CHO) in MP CHO Form 2023 are given below:
- Written Test
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Pay Scale: Rs. 28700 + Rs. 15000/- (Please refer to official detail)
