Meghalaya Police Recruitment 2024:- Office of the Inspector General of Police (R/PR) cum-Chairaman, central Recruitment Board, Meghalaya, Shillong has released a recruitment notification for filling up 2968 posts of Firenam, Driver, MPRO Operator, Fireman Driver, UB Sub Inspector and Various post vide Advt. No. PTS/CRB/RECR/2023-24/350. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 08.04.2024 to 31.05.2024 using given link below. Name of the Posts: 

• UB Sub-Inspector: 76 Posts
• Fireman (Male): 195 Posts
• Fireman Mechanic / Mechanic: 26 Posts
• Signal / BN Operator: 56 Posts
• Driver Constable (Male): 143 Posts
• MPRO Operator: 205 Posts
• Driver Fireman (Male): 53 Posts
• Un-Armed Branch Constable: 720 Posts
• Armed Branch Constable / Battalion Constable / MPRO GD / Constable Handyman: 1494 Posts

Age Limit (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates):

• For Sub Inspector (21 to 27 years as on 01.01.2024): Born not earlier than 02.01.1997 and not later than 01.01.2003. (both dates inclusive)
• For Other Posts (18 to 21 years as on 19.04.2024): Born not earlier than 02.01.2003 and not later than 01.01.2006. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For UB Sub Inspector: Bachelor Degree in any stream.
• For Armed Branch Constable / Battalion Constable / MPRO GD / Constable Handyman: 9th Passed.
• For Other Posts: Intermediate (10+2) passed.

Fees: Rs. 150/- for All candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the post of Firenam, Driver, MPRO Operator, Fireman Driver, UB Sub Inspector and Various post in Meghalaya Police Recruitment 2024 are given below:

• PMT and PET Test
• Written Test
• Personal Interview
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination
