Lakshmibai College Non Teaching Recruitment 2026:- Lakshmibai College, University of Delhi (DU) has released a notification for filling up 24 posts of Librarian, Assistant, Lab Assistant, Junior Assistant, Library Attendant and Lab Attendant vide Advt. No. LBC/NTAdvt.-01/2026. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 11.06.2026 to 11.07.2026 using given link below. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply, pay scale, physical eligibility are given below……

  • Lab Attendant (Home Science): 06 Posts
  • Lab Attendant (Computer): 01 Post

Age Limit: [18 to 32 years as on 11.07.2026]:

  • For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 12.07.1994 and not later than 11.07.2008. (both dates inclusive).
  • For OBC: Born not earlier than 12.07.1991 and not later than 11.07.2008. (both dates inclusive).
  • For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 12.07.1989 and not later than 11.07.2008. (both dates inclusive).

Qualification: 

  • For Librarian: Master Degree in Library Science & Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 55% marks.
  • For Assistant: Graduate + 2 years experience + 35 w.p.m typing speed in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi.
  • For Lab Assistant (Home Science): Graduate + 2 years experience.
  • For Junior Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream and should have 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi with proficiency in Computer Operators.
  • For Library Attendant: Intermediate (10+2) passed + Certificate in Library Science.
  • For Lab Attendant (Home Science): Intermediate (10+2) passed with Science stream / Matriculation (10th) passed with Science and Skill Certificate or ITI in relevant trade.
  • For Lab Attendant (Computer): Intermediate (10+2) passed with Science stream / Matriculation (10th) passed with Science and Skill Certificate or ITI in relevant trade.

Fees: Rs. 1000/- for General / OBC (CL) / EWS candidates, Rs. 800/- for OBC (NCL) / EWS candidates, Rs. 600/- for SC / ST candidates and There is no fees for PwBD / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Librarian, Assistant, Lab Assistant, Junior Assistant, Library Attendant and Lab Attendant in Lakshmibai College Delhi University Non Teaching Recruitment 2026 are given below:
