- For Medical Lab Technician (21 to 35 years as on 01.10.2026): Born not earlier than 02.10.1991 and not later than 01.10.2005. (both dates inclusive)
- For Data Entry Operator (DEO) (18 to 40 years as on 01.10.2026): Born not earlier than 02.10.1986 and not later than 01.10.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) (18 to 35 years as on 01.10.2026): Born not earlier than 02.10.1991 and not later than 01.10.2008. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification:
- For Radiotherapy Technician: B.Sc in Radiotherapy Technology with 2 years experience OR Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology with 3 years experience.
- For O.T Technician: B.Sc in Anesthesia & Operation Theatre Technology OR B.Sc in O.T Technology / B.Sc in Anesthesia Technology.
- For Patient Care Manager: Bachelor Degree in Life Science with Post Graduate in Hospital or Healthcare Management with 1 year experience.
- For Patient Care Coordinator: Bachelor Degree in Life Science or Bachelor Degree in any stream with 1 year experience in a Hospital.
- For Medical Lab Technician: Bachelor Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology / Medical Laboratory Science with 2 years experience.
- For Data Entry Operator (DEO): Intermediate (12th) passed + DOEACC Course + 35 w.p.m typing speed in English.
- For Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): Matriculation (10th) passed.
- For Khalasi: Matriculation (10th) passed.
Fees: Rs. 295/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and There is no fees for SC / ST / PwD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
