ITPO Recruitment 2026:- Indian trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) has released a recruitment notification for filling up 37 posts of Senior Assistant, Junior Assistant, Stenographer and Assistant vide Advt. No. F.no.4-ITPO(3)E-1/2026. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 17.10.2026 to 13.11.2026 using given link below. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply are given below……..

Name of the Posts: 

  • Senior Assistant (Civil): 07 Posts
  • Senior Assistant (Electrical): 04 Posts
  • Senior Assistant (Architecture): 01 Post
  • Assistant (Accounts): 10 Posts
  • Junior Stenographer: 05 Posts
  • Junior Assistant (General Cadre): 19 Posts

Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates):

  • For Junior Assistant and Junior Stenographer (18 to 27 years as on 13.11.2026): Born not earlier than 14.11.1999 and not later than 13.11.2008. (both date inclusive)
  • For Other Posts (18 to 28 years as on 13.11.2026): Born not earlier than 14.11.1998 and not later than 13.11.2008. (both date inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Senior Assistant (Civil): Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1 year experience. + SSC J.E Exam Qualified 2024
  • For Senior Assistant (Electrical): Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 1 year experience. + SSC J.E Exam Qualified 2024
  • For Senior Assistant (Architecture): Degree / Diploma in Architecture Engineering with 1 year experience. + GATE 2024 / 2025 / 2026
  • For Assistant (Accounts): Bachler Degree in Commerce (B.Com) with 50% marks + 2 years experience. + + SSC CGL Exam Qualified 2024.
  • For Junior Stenographer: Bachelor Degree in any stream + Shorthand 80 w.p.m / Typing 40 w.p.m + + SSC Stenographer Exam Qualified 2024
  • For Junior Assistant (General Cadre): Bachelor Degree in any stream with 50% marks + 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in hindi on Computer. + + SSC CGL Exam Qualified 2024

Fees: Rs. 1000/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and There is no fees for SC / ST / PwD / ExSM / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Senior Assistant, Junior Assistant, Stenographer and Assistant in ITPO Recruitment 2026 are given below:

  • Written Test / Merit List Basis on (GATE / SSC Score Card)
  • Experience Verification (Wherever Applicable)
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination

Pay Scale: 

  • For Senior Assistant (Civil): Rs. 26000 – Rs. 110000/-
  • For Senior Assistant (Electrical): Rs. 26000 – Rs. 110000/-
  • For Senior Assistant (Architecture): Rs. 26000 – Rs. 110000/-
  • For Assistant (Accounts): Rs. 27500 – Rs. 99000/-
  • For Junior Stenographer: Rs. 27500 – Rs. 99000/-
  • For Junior Assistant (General Cadre): Rs. 25000 – Rs. 85000/-
