Indian Army Sports Quota Recruitment 2026:- The Indian Army has released a recruitment notification for filling up vacant posts of Havaldar (Sports) and Naib Subedar (Sports) through Sports Quota vide Advt. No. Intake 06/2026. Eligible unmarried candidates can apply in prescribed application format on or before 10.07.2026 Upto – 05:00 P.M using given link below. Age Limit (17.5 to 25 years): Born not earlier than 30.09.2001 and not later than 01.10.2008. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification: Matriculation (10th) Passed + Sportsman
Sports Achievements:
- Medalist at Junior / Senior Level by representing a State in National Competitions or representing India at International Level.
- Medalist in Khelo India Games, Youth Games or University Games.
Physical Eligibility:-
- For Male Candidates:
- 1.6 km run in 5 minutes and 45 seconds
- 9 Feet Ditch
- Zig-zag Balance
- For Female Candidates:
- 1.6 km run in 8 minutes
- 10 Feet Long Jump
- 3 Feet High Jump
- Height: 162 cms (4cms relaxation for certain region)
- Weight: According to Height
