ITBP CAPF Medical Officer Recruitment 2026:- Medical Officer Selection Board (CAPFs) Examination 2024 (INDO -Tibetan Border Police Force) has released a notification for filling up 282 posts for Super Specialist Medical Officers (Second-in-Command), Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant) and Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant) in Central Armed Police Forces (BSF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB) & Assam Rifles, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 10.08.2026 to 08.09.2026 using given link below. Super Specialist Medical Officers (Second in Command): 05 Posts
Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant): 162 Posts
Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant): 115 Posts

Age Limit (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates):

For Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant) [18 to 30 years as on 08.09.2026]: Born not earlier than 09.09.1996 and not later than 08.09.2008. (both dates inclusive)
For Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant) [18 to 40 years as on 08.09.2026]: Born not earlier than 09.09.1986 and not later than 08.09.2008. (both dates inclusive)
For Super Specialist Medical Officers (Second-in Command) [18 to 50 years as on 08.09.2026]: Born not earlier than 09.09.1976 and not later than 08.09.2008. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification:

For Specialist Medical Officer & Medical Officer: Degree in Allopathic System. Enrolled in Medical Council. PG Degree / Diploma in relevant specialist as per IMA.
For Super Specialist Medical Officer: MBBS. Enrolled in Medical Council. PG Degree / Diploma in relevant specialist as per IMA.

Physical Eligibility:-

Male:
- Height: 157.5 cms
- Chest:- 77 – 82 cms
Female:
- Height: 142 cms

Fees: Rs.400/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and There is no application fee for SC / ST / PwD / Ex-Servicemen / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

For Super Specialist Medical Officers (Second-in-Command): Rs. 78800 – Rs. 209200/-
For Specialist Medical Officers (Deputy Commandant): Rs. 67700 – Rs. 208700/-
For Medical Officers (Assistant Commandant): Rs. 56100 – Rs. 177500/-
