Age Limit: 18 to 42 years (Age relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)
- First Preference: Candidate should be between 30 years to 36 years.
- Second Preference: Candidate should be between 36 years to 42 years.
- Third Preference: Candidate should be between 24 years to 30 years.
- Fourth Preference: Candidate should be between 18 years to 24 years.
Qualification:
- For Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs): Bachelor Degree in relevant subject with 50% marks. Diploma in Education (D.Ed) / JBT / Bachelor Degree in Education (B.Ed). HTET Qualified.
- For Post Graduate Teachers (PGT): Master Degree in relevant subject with 50% marks. Bachelor Degree in Education (B.Ed). HTET Qualified.
Document to be Required at the time of submission.
- Family ID
- Qualification Certificates (All Marksheets)
- Aadhar Card
- Category Certificate (If Reserved candidates)
- Haryana Residence Certificate (Domicile)
- Skill Certificates like Sports, NCC, Socio Economic etc.
- Experience Certificate
Fees: Rs. 236 for All candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of TGT and PGT in HKRN Recruitment are given below:
- Preparing Merit List on the basis of Academic record, socio-economic criteria & Family IDs Income Verify Status:-
- Family Annual Income is Less than or equal to 80000/- Verified in Family ID: Got 40 Marks
- Family Annual Income is Less than or equal to 200000/- Verified in Family ID: Got 30 Marks
- Family Annual Income is Less than or equal to 300000/- Verified in Family ID: Got 20 Marks
- Family Annual Income is Less than or equal to 400000/- Verified in Family ID: Got 10 Marks
- Special Course / Qualification: Got 20 Marks
- CET Score: Got 10 Marks
- Widow / Orphan: Got 05 Marks
- Home District: Got 05 Marks
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination

I am able to teach English pgt & tgt …but kbi list me Mera name nhi aata because of my family income. ……plz see my abilities, qualification,& enthusiasm for the post …..never seen my income plz …..give me a chance….it’s my warm request to hkrn officers

I am also too depressed because I have ability to prove my best sevices but due to family income I did never get a chance to prove myself. So many times I have applied in HKRN but not selected. Having a good experience and qualified tgt&pgt htet i am still unemployed. So i request to you please pay attention on me sothay i may fulfill my passion as a teacher.

HKRN is providing employment to the aspirants who deserve.But I haven’t get any chance to serve in teaching after registration so many times I tried my best .I have cracked Htet Tgt pgt 4 times with highest marks ,even Qualified Ctet ,CET group C,D post .My family income also fulfill the condition of socio economic criteria.Till now I didn’t get any Sms or call . Onwhich scale I will get chance in this Nigam .
