HCL Workmen Recruitment 2025:- Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan has released a notification for filling up 103 posts of Workman vide Advertisement No. No. HCL/KCC/HR/Rectt/24. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 27.01.2025 to 25.02.2025 using given link below. Name of the Post: Workmen
- Chargemen (Electrical): 24 Posts
- Electrician ‘A’: 36 Posts
- Electrician ‘B’: 36 Posts
- WED ‘B’: 07 Posts
Age Limit (18 to 40 years as on 01.01.2025):
- For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 02.01.1985 and not later than 01.01.2007. (both dates inclusive)
- For OBC: Born not earlier than 02.01.1982 and not later than 01.01.2007. (both dates inclusive)
- For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 02.01.1980 and not later than 01.01.2007. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:-
- For Chargemen (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering with One year experience / Certificate from ITI in Electrical trade with 3 years experience / Matriculation (10th) passed with 5 years experience + Certificate of Competency, Covering Mining Installations.
- For Electrician ‘A’: Certificate from ITI in Electrical trade with 4 years experience / Matriculation (10th) passed with 7 years experience.
- For Electrician ‘B’: Certificate from ITI in Electrical trade with 3 years experience / Matriculation (10th) passed with 6 years experience.
- For WED ‘B’: Diploma with 1 years experience / Graduate with 1 year experience / Apprenticeship with 3 years experience / Matriculation (10th) passed with 6 years experience.
Fees: Rs. 500/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates and There is no fee for SC / ST / PwD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Workman in HCL Vacancy 2025 are given below:

- Trade Test & Written Ability Test
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
