Age Limit (18 to 50 years as on 21.09.2026):
- For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 22.09.1976 and not later than 21.09.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For OBC: Born not earlier than 22.09.1973 and not later than 21.09.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 22.09.1971 and not later than 21.09.2008. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Publication Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream with Diploma in Printing / Five years experience.
- For Technical Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream with Diploma in Book Publishing and 5 years experience.
- For Junior Clerk: Intermediate (10+2) Passed with 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi.
- For MTS: Matriculation (10th) Passed / ITI Passed.
- For Proof Reader cum General Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream with 2 years experience.
