Delhi JNU Non Teaching Recruitment 2026:- Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Delhi has released a recruitment notification for filling up 267 posts of Animal Attendant, Library Attendant, Lab Attendant, Mess Helper, MTS, Cook, Junior Assistant, Lift Operator, Draftsman, Lab Assistant, Assistant and Various Post vide Advt. No. 01/RC(NT)/2026. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 29.06.2026 to 27.07.2026 (Upto – 05:00 P.M) using given link below. Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)

  • For Executive Engineer (18 to 45 years as on 27.07.2026): Born not earlier than 21.07.1991 and not later than 20.07.2008. (both date inclusive)
  • For Other Posts (18 to 40 years as on 27.07.2026): Born not earlier than 21.07.1988 and not later than 20.07.2008. (both date inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Lab Attendant: Matriculation (10th) Passed with Certificate / Diploma in Laboratory Technique OR Intermediate (10+2) with Science.
  • For Section Officer & Senior Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream with Three years experience.
  • For Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream with Two years experience and should have 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi.
  • For Junior Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream and should have 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi.
  • For MTS: Matriculation (10th) Passed.
  • For Stenographer: Bachelor Degree in any stream witn Proficiency inm Stenography 80 w.p.m in Hindi / English. Dictation: 10 minutes @ 100 w.p.m Transcription: 50 minutes English / 65 minutes Hindi.
  • For MTS: Matriculation (10th) Passed.
  • For Cook: Matriculation (10th) passed and One year Certificate from ITI in Bakery and Confectionery with Three years experience.
  • For Mess Helper: Matriculation (10th) passed with Three years experience.
  • For Junior Engineer (Civil): Bachelor Degree in Engineering (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering with One year experience OR Diploma in Civil Engineering and Three years experience.
  • For Works Assistant: Certificate from ITI with Five years experience.
  • For Engineering Attendant & Lift Operator: Certificate from ITI with Two years experience.
  • For Other Posts: Please refer to official detail

Fees: 

  • For Executive Engineer, Assistant Librarian, Assistant Registrar, Public Relation Officer, Research Officer, System Analyst, Curator: Rs. 1500/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates, Rs. 1000/- for SC / ST / Female candidates and There is no fees for PwD candidates.
  • For Other All Posts: Rs. 1000/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates, Rs. 600/- for SC / ST / Female candidates and There is no fees for PwD candidates.
  • Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the post of Non Teaching in Delhi JNU Recruitment 2026 are given below:

  • Written Test
  • Skill Test / Interview (Post Wise Applicable)
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination 

Pay Scale: AS per their rules.
