Delhi IUAC Recruitment 2026:- Inter-University Accelerator Centre (IUAC), New Delhi has released a notification for filling up 08 posts of Scientist-C, Junior Engineer-C and Library Assistant-C vide Advt. No. 06/2026. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 02.07.2026 to 04.08.2026 using given link below. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply, pay scale, physical eligibility are given below……

  • Scientist-C: 05 Posts
    • General: 03 Posts
    • EWS: 01 Post
    • ST: 01 Post
  • Junior Engineer-C: 02 Posts
    • General: 01 Post
    • OBC: 01 Post
  • Library Assistant-C: 01 Post
    • General: 01 Post

Age Limit: [Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates]:

  • For Scientist-C (18 to 26 years as on 04.08.2026): Born not earlier than 05.08.2000 and not later than 04.08.2008. (both dates inclusive).
  • For Junior Engineer-C (18 to 30 years as on 04.08.2026): Born not earlier than 05.08.1996 and not later than 04.08.2008. (both dates inclusive).
  • For Library Assistant-C (18 to 34 years as on 04.08.2026): Born not earlier than 05.08.1992 and not later than 04.08.2008. (both dates inclusive).

Qualification: 

  • For Scientist-C: M.Sc in Physics / Applied Physics
  • For Junior Engineer-C: Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
  • For Library Assistant-C: B.Lib + B.Sc + 4 years experience.

Fees:

  • For Scientist – C: Rs. 1000/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC / ST / PwBD / Female candidates.
  • For Junior Engineer-C and Library Assistant-C: Rs. 500/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and Rs. 250/- for SC / ST / PwBD / Female candidates.
  • Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Scientist-C, Junior Engineer-C and Library Assistant-C in Delhi IUAC Recruitment 2026 are given below:

  • Written Test
  • Interview (For Scientist – C Post Only)
  • Skill Test (For Junior Engineer and Library Assistant Post Only)
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination
