CIL MT Recruitment 2025:- Coal India Limited (CIL) has released a recruitment notification for filling up 434 posts of Management Trainee (MT) vide Advt. No. 01/2025. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 15.01.2025 to 14.02.2025 Upto – 06:00 P.M using given link below. Name of the Post: Management Trainee

  • Community Development: 20 Posts
  • Environment: 28 Posts
  • Finance: 103 Posts
  • Legal: 18 Posts
  • Marketing & Sales: 25 Posts
  • Materials Management: 44 Posts
  • Personnel & HR: 97 Posts
  • Security: 31 Posts
  • Coal Preparation: 68 Posts

Age Limit (18 to 30 years as on 30.09.2024):

  • For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 01.10.1994 and not later than 30.09.2006. (both dates inclusive)
  • For OBC: Born not earlier than 01.10.1991 and not later than 30.09.2006. (both dates inclusive)
  • For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 01.10.1989 and not later than 30.09.2006. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Community Development: PG Degree / Diploma in Community Development / Rural Development / Community Organization & Development Practice / Urban & Rural Community Development / Rural & Tribal Development / Development Management / Rural Management with 60% marks
  • For Environment: Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering with 60% marks OR Any Engineering Degree with PG Degree / Diploma in Environmental Engineering with 60% marks.
  • For Finance: CA / ICWA.
  • For Legal: Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB).
  • For Marketing & Sales: MBA / PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing (Major) with 60% marks.
  • For Materials Management: Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with MBA / PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks.
  • For Personnel & HR: PG Degree / PG Diploma / Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in HR / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or MHROD or MBA or Master of Social Work with Specialization in HR (Major) with 60% marks.
  • For Security: Bachelor Degree in any Stream.
  • For Coal Preparation: B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc (Engineering) in Chemical / Mineral Engineering / Mineral & Metallurgical Engineering with 60% marks

Fees: Rs. 1180/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and There is no fees for SC / ST / PwD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Management Trainee in CIL Recruitment 2025 are given below:

  • Computer Based Test (CBT)
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination 

Pay Scale: Rs. 60000 – Rs. 180000/-
