BIS Group A, B, C Recruitment 2024:- Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), New Delhi has released a notification for filling up 345 posts of Junior Secretarial Assistant, Senior Secretariat Assistant, Stenographer, Senior Technician, Assistant, Personal Assistant, Technician and Various Post vide Advt. No. 01/2024/ESTT. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 09.09.2024 to 30.09.2024 using given link below. - Technician (Electrician/ Wireman): 01 Post
- Technical Assistant (Laboratory): 27 Posts
- Assistant Director (Marketing & Consumer Affairs): 01 Post
- Assistant Director (Administration & Finance): 01 Post
- Personal Assistant: 27 Posts
- Assistant (CAD): 01 Post
Age Limit [Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates]:
- For Assistant Director [18 to 35 years as on 30.09.2024]: Born not earlier than 01.10.1989 and not later than 30.09.2006. (both dates inclusive)
- For Personal Assistant, Assistant Section Officer, Assistant (CAD) and Technical Assistant (Laboratory) [18 to 30 years as on 30.09.2024]: Born not earlier than 01.10.1994 and not later than 30.09.2006. (both dates inclusive)
- For Stenographer, Senior Secretariat Assistant, Junior Secretariat Assistant, Senior Technician and Technician (Electrician/ Wireman) [18 to 27 years as on 30.09.2024]: Born not earlier than 01.10.1997 and not later than 30.09.2006. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Senior Secretariat Assistant (SSA): Bachelor Degree in any stream. + Computer Knowledge
- For Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Bachelor Degree in any stream. + Computer Typing.
- For Stenographer: Bachelor Degree in any stream + Stenography
- For Senior Technician: Certificate from ITI in relevant trade.
- For Assistant Section Officer (ASO): Bachelor Degree in any stream.
- For Technical Assistant (Laboratory): Diploma in relevant trade.
- For Technician (Electrician/ Wireman): Certificate from ITI in relevant trade.
- For Assistant Director: Master Degree in relevant field + Experience
- For Personal Assistant: Bachelor Degree + Stenography
- For Assistant (CAD): Graduate + 5 years experience.
Fees:
- For Assistant Director: Rs. 800/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates
- For Other Posts: Rs. 500/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates.
- There is no fees for SC / ST / PwD / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the post of Junior Secretarial Assistant, Senior Secretariat Assistant, Stenographer, Senior Technician, Assistant, Personal Assistant, Technician and Various Post in BIS Recruitment 2024 are given below:

- For Senior Secretariat Assistant (SSA): Rs. 25500 – Rs. 81100/-
- For Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Rs. 19900 – Rs. 63200/-
- For Stenographer: Rs. 25500 – Rs. 81100/-
- For Senior Technician: Rs. 25500 – Rs. 81100/-
- For Assistant Section Officer (ASO): Rs. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
- For Technical Assistant (Laboratory): Rs. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
- For Technician (Electrician/ Wireman): Rs. 19900 – Rs. 63200/-
- For Assistant Director: Rs. 56100 – Rs. 177500/-
- For Personal Assistant: Rs. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
- For Assistant (CAD): Rs. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
