Bihar Vidhan Parishad Recruitment 2025:- Bihar Legislative Council (Bihar Vidhan Parishad Sachivalaya), Bihar has released a recruitment notification for filling up 64 posts of Personal Assistant, Stenographer, Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Lower Division Clerk (LDC) vide Advt. No. 02/2025. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 28.11.2025 to 19.12.2025 using given link below. Name of the Posts:
- Personal Assistant: 07 Posts
- Stenographer: 12 Posts
- Data Entry Operator: 35 Posts
- Lower Division Clerk: 10 Posts
Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved and candidates):
- For Data Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerk (18 to 37 years as on 01.08.2025): Born not earlier than 02.08.1988 and not later than 01.08.2007. (both dates inclusive)
- For Personal Assistant and Stenographer (21 to 37 years as on 01.08.2025): Born not earlier than 02.08.1988 and not later than 01.08.2004. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Personal Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream and should have 30 w.p.m typing speed in Hindi & English and 100 w.p.m Hindi shorthand
- For Stenographer: Bachelor Degree in any stream and should have 30 w.p.m typing speed in Hindi & English and 80 w.p.m Hindi shorthand
- For Data Entry Operator (DEO): Intermediate (10+2) passed + 8000 Key Depression per Hour
- For Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Intermediate (10+2) passed and should have 30 w.p.m typing speed in English and Hindi.
Fees: Rs. 100/- for All candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Personal Assistant, Stenographer, Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Lower Division Clerk (LDC) in Bihar Vidhan Parishad Recruitment 2025 are given below:

- Skill Test (If Applicable)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Pay Scale:
- For Personal Assistant: Rs. 44900 – Rs. 142400/-
- For Stenographer: Rs. 25500 – Rs. 81100/-
- For Data Entry Operator: Rs. 25500 – Rs. 81100/-
- For Lower Division Clerk: Rs. 19900 – Rs. 63200/-
