- For Hospital Attendant Grade – III (Nursing Orderly), Medical Record Technician, Wireman, Plumber, Operator (E&M) / Lift Operator, Assistant Laundry Supervisor, Mechanic (E&M), Gas / Pump Mechanic, Lineman, Coding Clerk and Manifold room Attendant [18 to 30 years]: Born not earlier than 21.11.1993 and not later than 20.11.2005. (both dates inclusive)
- For Lab Attendant Grade – II and Tailor Grade – III [18 to 27 years]: Born not earlier than 21.11.1996 and not later than 20.11.2005. (both dates inclusive)
- For Pharmacist Grade – II, Dispensing Attendants and Pharma Chemist / Chemical Examiner [21 to 27 years]: Born not earlier than 21.11.1996 and not later than 20.11.2002. (both dates inclusive)
- For Sanitary Inspector Grade – II [18 to 35 years]: Born not earlier than 21.11.1988 and not later than 20.11.2005. (both dates inclusive)
- For Modellar (Artist) and Junior Medical record Officer (Receptionist) [21 to 35 years]: Born not earlier than 21.11.1988 and not later than 20.11.2002. (both dates inclusive)
- For Cashier, Dark Room Assistant, Library Attendant Grade – II and Lab Technician [21 to 30 years]: Born not earlier than 21.11.1993 and not later than 20.11.2002. (both dates inclusive)
- For Manifold Technician (Gast Steward) [25 to 35 years]: Born not earlier than 21.11.1988 and not later than 20.11.1998. (both dates inclusive)
- For Electrician [18 to 35 years]: Born not earlier than 21.11.1988 and not later than 20.11.2005. (both dates inclusive)
- For Mechanic (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) [18 to 40 years]: Born not earlier than 21.11.1983 and not later than 20.11.2005. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Hospital Attendant Grade – III (Nursing Orderly): Matriculation (10th) passed. Certificate in Hospital Services.
- For Lab Attendant Grade – II: Intermediate (10+2) passed and Diploma in Medical Lab Technology.
- For Pharmacist Grade – II: Diploma in Pharmacy.
- For Wireman and Electrician: Certificate from ITI in Electrician trade with 5 years Experience.
- For Sanitary Inspector Grade – II: One year Course in Health Sanitary Inspector with 4 years experience.
- For Plumber: Certificate from ITI in Plumber with 5 years experience.
- For Cashier: Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.Com) with 2 years experience.
- For Operator (E&M) / Lift Operator: Certificate from ITI in relevant trade.
- For Mechanic (AC & R): Certificate from ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning with 2 years experience.
- For Dark Room Assistant: Diploma in Radiography with One year experience.
- For Assistant Laundry Supervisor: Intermediate (10+2) passed with Diploma in Dry Cleaning / Laundry Technology with 2 years experience.
- For Lineman (Electrical): Certificate from ITI in relevant trade.
- For Lab Technician: Diploma in Medical Lab Technology.

Fees: Rs. 1200/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and Rs. 600/- for SC / ST / PwD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
