Age Limit: [21 to 30 years as on 01.01.2023]

• For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 01.01.1993 and not later than 31.12.2001 (both dates inclusive)
• For OBC: Born not earlier than 01.01.1990 and not later than 31.12.2001 (both dates inclusive)
• For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 01.01.1988 and not later than 31.12.2001 (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any stream with 60% marks (55% marks for SC / ST candidates)

Fees: Rs. 1000/- for General / EWS candidates and Rs. 200/- for SC / ST / PwD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Management Trainee in AIC Recruitment 2023 are given below:

• Written Test (Online Examination) [150 Marks]
• Interview [50 Marks]
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination
