NIB Recruitment 2026:- National Institute of Biologicals (NIB) has released a notification for filling up 44 posts of Scientist, Junior Scientist, Assistant, JHT, Assistant and Various Post vide Advertisement No. A-2.0/2/2025-Admin-NIB. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 09.03.2026 to 08.04.2026 using given link below. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply are given below……

Name of the Posts:

  • Scientist Grade – II: 02 Posts
  • Scientist Grade – III (Veterinary): 01 Post
  • Junior Scientist: 12 Posts
  • Administrative Assistant: 01 Post
  • Junior Hindi Translator: 01 Post
  • Laboratory Technician: 25 Posts
  • Assistant – II: 02 Posts

Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)

  • For Scientist Grade – II (18 to 45 years as on 08.04.2026): Born not earlier than 09.04.1981 and not later than 08.04.2008. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Scientist Grade – III (18 to 35 years as on 08.04.2026): Born not earlier than 09.04.1991 and not later than 08.04.2008. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Assistant – II (18 to 27 years as on 08.04.2026): Born not earlier than 09.04.1999 and not later than 08.04.2008. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Other Posts (18 to 30 years as on 08.04.2026): Born not earlier than 09.04.1996 and not later than 08.04.2008. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Scientist Grade – II: MBBS + Master Degree in relevant field / Master Degree with experience.
  • For Scientist Grade – III (Veterinary): M.V.Sc + 2 years experience.
  • For Junior Scientist: Master Degree in Microbiology/ Clinical Microbiology / Biotechnology / Bioinformatics / Bio chemistry/ Bacteriology / Pharmacology/ Serology / Molecular Biology / Physiology + 1 year experience.
  • For Administrative Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream with 50% marks + 5 years experience.
  • For Junior Hindi Translator: Master Degree in Hindi / English with Translation Diploma or Experience.
  • For Laboratory Technician: B.Sc with DMLT / BMLT.
  • For Assistant – II: Intermediate (10+2) passed with 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi

Fees: There is no application fees for all applicants.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of MTS in CSIR IICB Recruitment 2026 are given below:

  • Written Test
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination 
Pay Scale: Rs. 18000 – Rs. 56900/-
