Name of the Post: Engineering Executive Trainees
- Electrical: 165 Posts
- Mechanical: 210 Posts
- Electronics/ Instrumentation: 125 Posts
- Computer Science / IT: 15 Posts
Age Limit: (18 to 27 years as on 25.02.2026)
- For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 26.02.1999 and not later than 25.02.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For OBC: Born not earlier than 26.02.1996 and not later than 25.02.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 26.02.1994 and not later than 25.02.2008. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in relevant trade. Gate qualified for 2025.
Fees: Rs. 300/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates. There is no fee for SC / ST / ExSm / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI. OR Offline at SBI Branch.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Engineering Executive Trainees in NTPC Recruitment 2026 are given below:
- Shortlisting of Application on the Basis of GATE 2026 Score Card
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Pay Scale: Rs. 40000/-
