Age Limit (21 to 42 years as on 02.09.2025):
- For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 03.09.1983 and not later than 02.09.2004. (both dates inclusive)
- For SC / BC: Born not earlier than 03.09.1978 and not later than 02.09.2004. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Law + Enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council.
Fees: Rs. 1000/- for General / EWS candidates, Rs. 250/- for SC / BC / EWS / ESM / Female candidates and There is no fee for PwD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the post of Assistant District Attorney in HPSC Recruitment 2025 are given below:

- Subject Knowledge Test
- Interview / Viva-Voce
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Pay Scale: Rs. 53100 – Rs. 167800/-
