Press Council India ASO Recruitment 2026:- Press Council of India (PCI), New Delhi has released a recruitment notification for filling up vacant posts of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) vide Advt. No. 1/6/2020-PCI (Admn.) (Part – III). Eligible / Interested candidates can apply on or before 26.10.2026 – upto – 05:00 P.M using given link below. Name of the Post: Assistant Section Officer (ASO)
- General: 02 Posts
- OBC: 01 Post
Age Limit (20 to 30 years as on 26.10.2026):
- For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 27.10.1996 and not later than 26.10.2006. (both dates inclusive)
- For OBC: Born not earlier than 27.10.1993 and not later than 26.10.2006. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any stream + 30 w.p.m typing speed in English / 25 w.p.m in Hindi.
Fees: Rs. 100/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates. Fees should be paid through……..
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) in Press Council India ASO Recruitment 2026 are given below:
- Tier – I Objective Exam
- Tier – II Descriptive Paper
- Skill / Typing Test (On Computer)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Pay Scale: As per their rules.
