ONGC Graduate Trainee Recruitment 2026:- Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has released a notification for filling up vacant posts of Graduate Trainee (Engineers / Geologists) vide Advertisement No. ONGC/APPR/1/2026. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 17.07.2026 to 31.07.2026 using given link below. Name of the Post: Graduate Trainee
- Petroleum Engineering: 09 Posts
- Mechanical Engineering: 27 Posts
- Chemical Engineering: 10 Posts
- Instrumentation Engineering: 02 Posts
- Geology: 04 Posts
Age Limit (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates):
- For Geology Stream (21 to 27 years as on 31.07.2026): Born not earlier than 01.08.1999 and not later than 31.07.2005. (both dates inclusive)
- For Other Stream (21 to 26 years as on 31.07.2026): Born not earlier than 01.08.2000 and not later than 31.07.2005. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Petroleum Engineering: B.Tech in Petroleum / Applied Petroleum Engineering with 60% marks
- For Mechanical Engineering: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks
- For Chemical Engineering: B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 60% marks
- For Instrumentation Engineering: B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering with 60% marks
- For Geology: PG Degree in Geology / Petroleum Geoscience / Petroleum Geology / M.Tech in Geological Technology with 60% marks.
Fees: Rs. 1000/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and There is no fees for SC / ST / PwD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Graduate Trainee in ONGC Recruitment 2026 are given below:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Personal Interview
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
