• Assistant Manager (Human Resource): 02 Posts

Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)

• For Technician (S & T) and Junior Engineer (S & T): Born not earlier than 01.04.1983 and not later than 31.03.2003. (both dates inclusive)
• For Other Posts: Born not earlier than 01.04.1988 and not later than 31.03.2003. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For Technician (S & T): ITI in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Operation OR Diploma in Electrical / Electronics & Communications / Electronics / Computer / Information Technology Engineering. 4 years experience.
• For Junior Engineer: Degree / Diploma in Engineering in relevant trade with 4 years experience.
• For Junior Manager: Degree / Diploma in Engineering in relevant trade with 2 years experience.
• For Assistant Manager (Civil / Planning): Degree / Diploma in Engineering in relevant trade with 4 years experience.
• For Assistant Manager (Human Resource): Bachelor Degree in any stream with MBA (HR) / MSW / Human Resource Management / Public Administration and 4 years experience.

Fees: Rs. 400/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and There is no fees for SC / ST / Female / PwD / EsM candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Technician, Junior Engineer, Junior Manager & Assistant Manager in NHSRCL Recruitment 2023 are given below:

Pay Scale: 

• For Technician: Rs. 35000 – Rs. 110000/-
• For Junior Engineer: Rs. 40000 – Rs. 125000/-
• For Assistant Manager: Rs. 50000 – Rs. 160000/-
• For Junior Manager: Rs. 40000 – Rs. 140000/-
