- Management Trainee (Materials): 01 Post
- Management Trainee (IT): 01 Post
- Management Trainee (Electrical): 02 Posts
- Management Trainee (Chemical): 01 Post
Age Limit: (18 to 27 years as on 30.04.2026)
- For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 01.05.1999 and not later than 30.04.2008. (both date inclusive)
- For OBC: Born not earlier than 01.05.1996 and not later than 30.04.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 01.05.1995 and not later than 30.04.2008. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Marketing: MBA / PGDBM / PGDM / B.Sc Agri/ M.Sc. Agri
- For F&A: CA / ICWA / CMA OR
- For Materials: Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Material Science.
- For Information Technology: B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc Engg in Computer Science / IT OR MCA.
- For Electrical: Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering OR AMIE in Electrical Engineering
- For Chemical: Bachelor Degree in Chemical / Chemical Technology / Chemical Process Technology Engineering OR AMIE in Chemical Engineering.
Fees: Rs. 700/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates and Rs. 150/- fees for SC / ST / PwD / Exsm candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Management Trainee in NFL Recruitment 2026 are given below:
- Written Test
- Interview
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
