MP High Court Steno and Assistant Recruitment 2026:- Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) has released a recruitment notification for filling up 418 posts of Stenographer and Assistant Grade – III vide Advt. No. 666/Exam/2026. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 06.10.2026 to 27.10.2026 upto – 05:00 p.m using given link below. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply, pay scale are given below……

Total No. of the Posts: 418

Name of the Posts:

  • Stenographer Grade – II: 69 Posts
  • Stenographer Grade – III: 299 Posts
  • Stenographer Grade – III (Court Manager Staff): 20 Posts
  • Assistant Grade – III (English Knowing): 30 Posts

Age Limit (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates) (18 to 40 years as on 01.01.2026): Born not earlier than 02.01.1986 and not later than 01.01.2008. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Stenographer Grade – II: Bachelor Degree in any stream + CPCT passed Score + 100 w.p.m Hindi Shorthand speed 1 year Diploma in Computer Application.
  • For Stenographer Grade – III: Bachelor Degree in any stream + CPCT passed Score + 80 w.p.m Hindi Shorthand speed 1 year Diploma in Computer Application.
  • For Assistant Grade – III (English Knowing): Bachelor Degree in any stream + CPCT passed Score + 1 year Diploma in Computer Application.

Fees: Rs. 943.40/- for General candidates and Rs. 743.40/- for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Stenographer and Assistant Grade – III in MP High Court Recruitment 2026 are given below:

  • Written Test
  • Stenography Test
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination

Pay Scale: 

  • For Stenographer Grade – II: Rs. 5200 – Rs. 20200 + Grade Pay: Rs. 2800/-
  • For Stenographer Grade – III: Rs. 5200 – Rs. 20200 + Grade Pay: Rs. 2400/-
  • For Stenographer Grade – III (Court Manager Staff): Rs. 5200 – Rs. 20200 + Grade Pay: Rs. 1900/-
  • For Assistant Grade – III (English Knowing): Rs. 5200 – Rs. 20200 + Grade Pay: Rs. 1900/-
