MCL Foreman and Technician Recruitment 2026:- Mahandi Coalfields Limited (MCL) has released a recruitment notification for filling up 500 posts of Assistant Foreman (Electrical) Trainee and Technician (Electrician) Trainee vide Advt. No. MCL/HQ/Recruitment/Open/2026/311. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 07.05.2026 to 28.05.2026 (Upto – 11:50 P.M) using given link below. Name of the Posts:

  • Assistant Foreman (Electrical) Trainee: 150 Posts
    • General: 60 Posts
    • EWS: 15 Posts
    • OBC: 18 Posts
    • SC: 24 Posts
    • ST: 33 Posts
  • Technician (Electrician) Trainee: 350 Posts
    • General: 140 Posts
    • EWS: 35 Posts
    • OBC: 42 Posts
    • SC: 56 Posts
    • ST: 77 Posts

Age Limit: (18 to 30 years as on 28.05.2026)

  • For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 29.05.1996 and not later than 28.05.2008 (both dates inclusive)
  • For OBC: Born not earlier than 29.05.1993 and not later than 28.05.2008 (both dates inclusive)
  • For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 29.05.1991 and not later than 28.05.2008 (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Assistant Foreman (Electrical) Trainee: Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  • For Technician (Electrician) Trainee: Certificate from ITI in Electrician trade + 1 year experience + LT permit under IE rules for Miner or 440-550 Volts mining parts permit

Fees: Rs. 1180/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and There is no fees for SC / ST / ExSM / PwBD / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Engineer (ITS) in IHMCL Recruitment 2026 are given below:

  • Written Test
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination

Pay Scale: 

  • For Assistant Foreman (Electrical) Trainee: Rs. 47330.25/- per month
  • For Technician (Electrician) Trainee: Rs. 1583.32/- per day
