JMI Delhi Non Teaching Recruitment 2025:- Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), A Central University, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi has released a notification for filling up 69 posts of Private Secretary, Personal Assistant, Land Record Superintendent, Cook, Executive Engineer, Security Assistant, Program Officer, Assistant Engineer, Library Attendant, Junior Engineer and Various Post vide Advt. No. 01/2025-26 (NT). Eligible / Interested candidates can apply in prescribed application format on or before 26.12.2025 Upto – 05:00 p.m. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply are given below……

Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)
- For Superintendent Engineer and Executive Engineer (18 to 56 years as on 31.07.2025): Born not earlier than 01.08.1969 and not later than 31.07.2007. (both dates inclusive)
- For Other Posts (18 to 40 years as on 31.07.2025): Born not earlier than 01.08.1985 and not later than 31.07.2007. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Private Secretary: Bachelor Degree in any stream + 3 years as Personal Assistant / 5 years as Stenographer + Steno 120 wpm, Typing 35 wpm, Computer knowledge.
- For Personal Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream + Steno 100 w.p.m + English Typing 35 w.p.m / Hindi Typing 30 w.p.m + Computer knowledge + 3 years experience.
- For Stenographer: Bachelor Degree in any stream + Steno 80 w.p.m + English Typing 35 w.p.m / Hindi Typing 30 w.p.m + Computer knowledge.
- For Land Record Superintendent: Bachelor Degree in any stream + 8 years Revenue / Land record experience.
- For Land Record Keeper: Bachelor Degree in any stream + 5 years experience as Land Record Clerk
- For Internal Audit Officer (Deputation): Officers from Audit / Accounts services meeting deputation requirements.
- For Internal Audit Officer: Master Degree in any stream with 55% + 10 years experience in Audit / Accounts.
- For Superintendent Engineer (Civil): B.Tech (Civil) with 60% marks + 8 years as Executive Engineer.
- For Executive Engineer (Civil): Analogous post or one below with 3 years experience (CPWD/PWD etc.)
- For Assistant Engineer: B.Tech with 60% marks + 3 years experience as J.E
- For Junior Engineer: B.Tech in relevant trade with 1 year experience OR Diploma in Engineering in relevant trade with 3 years experience.
- For Semi Professional Assistant: Master Degree in Library Science and Information Science OR Bachelor Degree in Library / Library and Information Science with 2 years experience.
- For Library Attendant: Intermediate (10+2) passed and Certificate in Library Science + 1 year experience + Basic Computer Knowledge
- For Security Assistant: Intermediate (10+2) passed.
- For Program Officer: Master Degree in any stream with 55% marks + One Diploma / Certificate in Arabic + 10 years experience.
- For Cook: Matriculation (10th) passed + Certificate from ITI in Bakery and Confectionery / Diploma in Cookery or equivalent + 3 years Cooking / Catering experience.
Fees:
- For Internal Audit Officer, Superintendent Engineer, Executive Engineer, Program Officer Posts: Rs. 1000/- for General / OBC candidates, Rs. 500/- for SC / ST candidates and There is no fees for PwBD candidates.
- For Other All Posts: Rs. 700/- for General / OBC candidates, Rs. 350/- for SC / ST candidates and There is no fees for PwBD candidates.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Private Secretary, Personal Assistant, Land Record Superintendent, Cook, Executive Engineer, Security Assistant, Program Officer, Assistant Engineer, Library Attendant, Junior Engineer and Various Post in Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), A Central University, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi are given below:

- Skill Test (Required for Some Posts)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Pay Scale: As per JMI Delhi rules.
