ISRO VSSC Recruitment 2025:- Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), Thiruvananthapuram has released a notification for filling up 16 posts of Assistant (Rajbhasha), Driver, Fireman-A and Cook vide Advt. No. VSSC-328. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 24.09.2025 to 08.10.2025 Upto – 05:00 P.M using given link below. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply are given below……

Name of the Posts: 

  • Assistant (Rajbhasha): 02 Posts
  • Light Vehicle Driver – A: 27 Posts (22 Posts Increased) [Re-Open]
  • Heavy Vehicle Driver – A: 05 Posts
  • Fireman-A: 03 Posts
  • Cook: 02 Posts (01 Post Increased) [Re-Open]

Age Limit [Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates]: 

  • For Light Vehicle Driver and Heavy Vehicle Driver (18 to 35 years as on 15.04.2025): Born not earlier than 16.04.1990 and not later than 15.04.2007. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Assistant (Rajbhasha) [18 to 28 years as on 15.04.2025]: Born not earlier than 16.04.1997 and not later than 15.04.2007. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Fireman – A [18 to 25 years as on 15.04.2025]: Born not earlier than 16.04.2000 and not later than 15.04.2007. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Cook [18 to 35 years as on 15.04.2025]: Born not earlier than 16.04.1990 and not later than 15.04.2007. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Light Vehicle Driver: Matriculation (10th) Passed and should have valid driving license for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) with 3 years experience.
  • For Heavy Vehicle Driver: Matriculation (10th) Passed and should have valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) with 5 years experience (Minimum 3 years experience of Driving Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) and 2 years driving Light Motor Vehicle (LMV)). Valid Public Service Badge
  • For Fireman – A: Matriculation (10th) passed.
  • For Cook: Matriculation (10th) passed + 5 years experience
  • For Assistant (Rajbhasha): Bachelor Degree with 60% marks and 25 w.p.m typing speed in Hindi.

Fees: Rs. 500/- for All candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

  • Rs. 400/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC / ST / PwBD / Female / ExSM candidates will be refunded.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Assistant (Rajbhasha), Driver, Fireman-A and Cook in ISRO VSSC Recruitment 2025 are given below:

  • Written Test
  • Skill Test (Applicable for Some Posts)
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination

Pay Scale: 

  • For Fireman – A, Heavy and Light Vehicle Driver: Rs. 19900 – Rs. 63200/-
  • For Cook: Rs. 19900 – Rs. 63200/-
  • For Assistant (Rajbhasha): Rs. 25500 – Rs. 81100/-
