IPA Recruitment 2025:- Indian Port Association (IPA) has released a notification for filling up 30 posts of Assistant Secretariat Grade – I, Assistant Traffic Manager, Assistant Personnel Officer Grade – I and Assistant Executive Engineer (Mech.) vide Advt. No. 2024/SGR/04 & 2024/SGR/05. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 10.01.2025 to 31.01.2025 using given link below. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply are given below……

Name of the Posts:
- Assistant Secretariat Grade – I: 05 Posts
- Assistant Traffic Manager Grade – I: 10 Posts
- Assistant Personnel Officer Grade – I: 01 Post
- Assistant Executive Engineer (Mech.): 14 Posts
Age Limit [18 to 30 years as on 31.01.2025]:
- For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 01.02.1995 and not later than 31.01.2007. (both dates inclusive)
- For OBC: Born not earlier than 01.02.1992 and not later than 31.01.2007. (both dates inclusive)
- For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 01.02.1990 and not later than 31.01.2007. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Assistant Secretary Grade – I: Bachelor Degree in any stream
- For Assistant Traffic Manager Grade – I: Bachelor Degree in any stream
- For Assistant Personnel Officer: Bachelor Degree in any stream
- For Assistant Executive Engineer (Mech.): Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Fees: Rs. 400/- for General candidates, Rs. 300/- OBC / EWS candidates, Rs. 200/- for SC / ST / Female and There is no fees for PwBD / ExSM candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Assistant Secretariat Grade – I, Assistant Traffic Manager, Assistant Personnel Officer Grade – I and Assistant Executive Engineer (Mech.) in IPA Recruitment 2025 are given below:
- Written Test
- Interview (If Applicable)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Pay Scale:
- For Assistant Secretary Grade – I: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000/-
- For Assistant Traffic Manager Grade – I: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000/-
- For Assistant Personnel Officer Grade – I: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000/-
- For Assistant Executive Engineer (Mech.): Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000/-
