IIT Roorkee Recruitment 2025:- Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee has released a recruitment notification for filling up 55 posts of Junior Technical Superintendent, Assistant Security Officer, Junior Engineer, Junior Superintendent, Junior Assistant & Various Post vide Advt. No. IITR/Rect Cell/2025/2. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 28.02.2025 to 07.04.2025 using given link below. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply, pay scale are given below……

Name of the Posts:

  • Junior Technical Superintendent: 03 Posts
  • Assistant Security Officer (Female): 01 Post 
  • Junior Engineer (Civil): 02 Posts
  • Junior Superintendent: 05 Posts
  • Junior Technical Superintendent (Sanitation): 01 Post
  • Junior Superintendent (Rajbhasha): 01 Post
  • Junior Lab Assistant: 11 Posts
  • Junior Assistant: 31 Posts

Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)

  • For Junior Lab Assistant and Junior Assistant (18 to 27 years as on 07.04.2025): Born not earlier than 08.04.1998 and not later than 07.04.2007. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Other Posts (18 to 32 years as on 07.04.2025): Born not earlier than 08.04.1993 and not later than 07.04.2007. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Junior Technical Superintendent: M.Sc in Electronics / Computer Science / Chemistry / Physics OR B.Tech / B.E OR B.Sc with two years relevant experience OR MCA with one year experience.
  • For Assistant Security Officer (Female): Bachelor Degree with 4 years experience. Should have Military / NCC and Fire Fighting training.
  • For Junior Superintendent: Master Degree OR Bachelor Degree with two years experience.
  • For Junior Lab Assistant: Bachelor Degree in relevant field OR BCA OR Three years Diploma in Engineering .
  • For Junior Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream.
  • For Other Posts: Please refer to official detail. 

Fees: Rs. 500/- for General candidates, Rs. 400/- for OBC / EWS candidates and There is no fees for SC / ST / PwD / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Junior Assistant, Junior Superintendent & Various Post in IIT, Roorkee Recruitment 2025 are given below:

  • Written Test
  • Skill Test (If Required for Some Posts)
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination

Pay Scale: 

  • For Junior Lab Assistant and Junior Assistant: Rs. 21700 – Rs. 69100/-
  • For Other Posts: Rs. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
