IIT, Roorkee Recruitment 2023:- Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee has released a recruitment notification for filling up 78 posts of Driver Grade – II, Junior Assistant, Junior Superintendent, Staff Nurse & Various Post vide Advt. No. IITR / Rect. Cell / 2023 / 01. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 14.07.2023 to 30.08.2023 using given link below. - Junior Technical Superintendent: 10 Posts
- Assistant Security Officer (Female): 02 Posts
- Assistant Safety Officer: 01 Post
- Junior Technician Architect: 01 Post
- Coach (Table Tennis, Swimming): 02 Posts
- Staff Nurse: 02 Posts
- Junior Technical Superintendent (Pathology): 01 Post
- Junior Superintendent: 12 Posts
- Junior Lab Assistant: 23 Posts
- Driver Grade – II: 01 Post
- Junior Assistant: 23 Posts
Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)
- For Junior Lab Assistant, Driver Grade – II and Junior Assistant (18 to 27 years): Born not earlier than 14.08.1996 and not later than 13.08.2005. (both dates inclusive)
- For Other Posts (18 to 32 years): Born not earlier than 14.08.1991 and not later than 13.08.2005. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Junior Technical Superintendent: M.Sc in Electronics / Computer Science / Chemistry / Physics OR B.Tech / B.E OR B.Sc with two years relevant experience OR MCA with one year experience.
- For Assistant Security Officer (Female): Bachelor Degree with 4 years experience. Should have Military / NCC and Fire Fighting training.
- For Junior Superintendent: Master Degree OR Bachelor Degree with two years experience.
- For Junior Lab Assistant: Bachelor Degree in relevant field OR BCA OR Three years Diploma in Engineering .
- For Driver Grade – II: Intermediate (10+2) passed and should have valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) with 3 years experience. OR Intermediate (10+2) passed with ITI course and should have valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) with 2 years experience.
- For Junior Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream.
- For Senior Library Information Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Library Science / Library and Information Science with 3 years experience.
- For Other Posts: Please refer to official detail.
Fees: Rs. 500/- for General candidates, Rs. 400/- for OBC / EWS candidates and There is no fees for SC / ST / PwD / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Driver Grade – II, Junior Assistant, Junior Superintendent, Staff Nurse & Various Post in IIT, Roorkee Recruitment 2023 are given below:
- Written Test
- Skill Test (If Required for Some Posts)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Pay Scale:
- For Junior Lab Assistant, Driver and Junior Assistant: Rs. 21700 – Rs. 69100/-
- For Other Posts: Rs. 35400 – Rs. 112400/-
