IIT Madras Recruitment 2025:- Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (Tamil Nadu) has released a recruitment notification for filling up 23 posts of Junior Assistant, Technical Officer, JTA & Various Post vide Advt. No. IITM/R/4/2025. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 19.04.2025 to 19.05.2025 Upto – 05:30 P.M using given link below. Other details like educational qualification, age limit, selection process & how to apply, pay scale are given below……

Name of the Posts:

  • Junior Assistant: 10 Posts
  • Librarian (Deputation): 01 Post
  • Chief Security Officer: 01 Post
  • Deputy Registrar: 02 Posts
  • Technical Officer: 01 Post
  • Assistant Registrar: 02 Posts
  • Junior Technical Superintendent: 01 Post
  • Junior Superintendent: 05 Posts

Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)

  • For Junior Assistant (18 to 27 years as on 19.05.2025): Born not earlier than 20.05.1998 and not later than 19.05.2007. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Junior Technical Superintendent and Junior Superintendent (18 to 32 years as on 19.05.2025): Born not earlier than 20.05.1993 and not later than 19.05.2007. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Technical Officer and Assistant Registrar (18 to 45 years as on 19.05.2025): Born not earlier than 20.05.1980 and not later than 19.05.2007. (both dates inclusive)
  • For Other Posts (18 to 50 years as on 19.05.2025): Born not earlier than 20.05.1975 and not later than 19.05.2007. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

  • For Junior Technical Superintendent: Bachelor Degree in Biotechnology with 5 years experience.
  • For Junior Superintendent: Bachelor Degree with 6 years experience.
  • For Chief Security Officer: Master Degree with 15 years experience in Security.
  • For Deputy Registrar: Master Degree with 5 years experience in Administrative roles.
  • For Technical Officer: Master / Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy with 5/8 years experience.
  • For Assistant Registrar: Master Degree with 8 years experience in Administrative roles.
  • For Junior Superintendent: Bachelor Degree with 6 years experience in Administrative.
  • For Junior Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any stream with 60% marks.

Fees: Rs. 500/- for General candidates and There is no fees for SC / ST / PwBD / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Junior Assistant, Junior Superintendent & Various Post in IIT Madras Recruitment 2025 are given below:

  • Written Test
  • Skill Test (If Required for Some Posts)
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Examination

Pay Scale: As per IIT Madras.
