IGCAR Recruitment 2024:- Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR), Kalpakkam has released a recruitment notification for filling up 19 posts of Scientific Officer, Technical Officer, Nurse, Technician and Scientific Assistant vide Advt. No. IGCAR/01/2024. Eligible candidates can apply online from 01.06.2024 to 30.06.2024 using given link below. Name of the Posts:
- Scientific Officer: 34# Posts
- Technical Officer: 01 Post
- Nurse / A: 27 Posts
- Technician: 17 Posts
- Pharmacist / B: 14 Posts
- Scientific Assistant: 12 Posts
Age Limit (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates):
- For Nurse [18 to 30 years as on 30.06.2024]: Born not earlier than 01.07.1994 and not later than 30.06.2006. (both dates inclusive)
- For Technician [18 to 25 years as on 30.06.2024]: Born not earlier than 01.07.1994 and not later than 30.06.2006. (both dates inclusive)
- For Other Post: Please refer to official detail.
Qualification:
- For Nurse: B.Sc Nursing / Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery / Nurse A Certificate with 3 years experience. Should be registered as Nurse from State / Central Nursing Council.
- For Technician / B: Certificate from ITI in relevant trade.
- For Pharmacist: Diploma in Pharmacy with 3 months training in Pharmacy.
- For Scientific Assistant: B.Sc (MLT / Radiography / NMT) / B.Sc with Diploma in relevant trade.
- For Other Post: Please refer to official detail.
Fees:
- For Scientific Officer: Rs. 300/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates.
- For Pharmacist and Technician/B: Rs. 200/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates.
- For Other Post: Rs. 100/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates.
- There is no fees for SC / ST / Female / PwD candidates.
- Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Scientific Officer, Technical Officer, Nurse, Technician and Scientific Assistant in IGCAR Recruitment 2024 are given below:
- Written Test and / or Interview

- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Pay Scale:
- For Nurse: Rs. 44900/-
- For Scientific Assistant: Rs. 35400/-
- For Pharmacist: Rs. 29200/-
- For Technician: Rs. 21700/-
- For Technical Officer: Rs. 47600/-
