Age Limit: 

• For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 22.04.1998 and not later than 21.04.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For OBC: Born not earlier than 22.04.1995 and not later than 21.04.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 22.04.1993 and not later than 21.04.2005. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For Stenographer Grade – II: Intermediate (10+2) passed with Diploma in Stenographer. Dictation: 10 minutes @30 w.p.m, Transcription: 50 minutes English, 65 Minutes Hindi on Computer.
• For Cook & MTS: Matriculation (10th) Passed.

Fees: There is no fee for eligible applicants.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Stenographer Grade – II, Cook & Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) in HQ South Western Command Recruitment 2023 are given below:

Pay Scale: 

• For Stenographer Grade – II: Rs. 25500 – Rs. 81100/-
• For Cook: Rs. 19900 – Rs. 63200/-
• For MTS: Rs. 18000 – Rs. 56900/-
