Haryana Unemployment Allowance Scheme for the Educated Unemployed Youth:- Employment Department, Haryana – हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा Unemployment Allowance के नाम से एक योजना चलाई जा रही है जिसमे 12वीं से लेकर Graduate / Diploma पास युवा इस योजना के पात्र है I यह योजना की हर साल के नवम्बर माह में ऑनलाइन किये जाते है। इस योजना के तहत युवाओं को 1200/- रूपए से 2000/- रूपए तक का हर माह भत्ता प्रदान किया जायेगा I 

Name of the Scheme: Unemployment Allowance for the Educated Unemployed Youth Scheme.

Eligibility for this Scheme:

• आवेदक हरियाणा राज्य के किसी भी शहर के रोजगार कार्यालय (Employment Exchange) में कम से कम 3 या उससे अधिक वर्ष पुराना पंजीकरण होना अनिवार्य है I 
• आवेदक की आयु 21 वर्ष से कम और 30 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
• आवेदक हरियाणा राज्य का स्थाई निवासी होना चाहिए।
• आवेदक 12वीं पास या 10वीं के साथ 2 साल का डिप्लोमा या स्नातक पास होना चाहिए।
• आवेदक हरियाणा राज्य का स्थाई निवासी होना चाहिए और उसके पास वैध Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP ID) [Family ID] होना चाहिए।

Qualification wise Benefit (Allowance):

• Intermediate Passed (10+2) OR Matric (10th) along with 2 years Diploma / Certificate: Rs. 1200/-
• Graduate or Above OR Intermediate (10+2) along with 3 years Diploma / Certificate: Rs. 2000/-

Eligibility for this Scheme:

• आवेदक की पारिवारिक आय 3 लाख से अधिक नही होनी चाहिए I
• आवेदक न तो किसी भी स्कूल / कॉलेज / यूनिवर्सिटी का छात्र नहीं होना चाहिए
• आवेदक Saksham Yuva Scheme में रजिस्टर्ड नहीं होना चाहिए  I
• आवेदक सरकारी सेवा से बर्खास्त कर्मचारी नहीं होना चाहिए।
• आवेदक को किसी ऐसे अपराध के लिए दोषी नहीं ठहराया गया होना चाहिए, जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप छह महीने या उससे अधिक की कैद हुई हो।

Required Documents at the time of Registration:

• Family ID (PPP document)
• Attestation of Residential or Commercial Property by Revenue Authority (Annexure-A)
• Self-Declaration Form (Annexure-B)
• 3 years Old Valid ID Card of Employment Registration
• Haryana Domicile Certificate
• Self-attested copies of all the educational certificates
• Ration Card
• Aadhaar Card
• Caste Certificate (If Reserved)
• Aadhaar Linked Bank A/c Passbook
