Qualification: 

• For Medical Laboratory Technician Grade – I: B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology) with 02 years experience OR Diploma in MLT with 03 years experience.
• For Pharmacy Officer: Diploma in Pharmacy / Bachelor Degree in Pharma. Should be registered as Pharmacist.
• For Laboratory Attendant: Diploma in MLT OR Intermediate with Vocational course in MLT with One year apprenticeship or One year experience.
• For Junior Radiographic Technician / X-Ray Technician: B.Sc Medical Technology (X-Ray Techniques / Radiology).
• For Operation Theatre Assistant: B.Sc in Operation Theatre OR Diploma in Operation Theatre Assistant with One year experience as Operation Theatre.
• For Junior Dietician: M.Sc in Food & Nutrition / B.Sc (Home Science) with Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics. One year practical experience.
• For Female Health Worker: Diploma in Multipurpose Health Worker.
• For Optometrist / Refractionist: B.Sc in Opthalmic Technique.
• For Junior Radiotherapy Technician: Intermediate (10+2) passed and Two years Diploma in Radiation Therapy Technologies.
• For Plaster Technician: Intermediate (10+2) with Science and Two years experience.
• For Assistant Dispensary Superintendent: Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Science OR Diploma in Pharmacy with One year experience. Should be registered as Pharmacist.
• For Mortuary Attendant: Intermediate (10+2) passed.
• For Dental Technician: Diploma in Dental Mechanic.

Fees: Rs. 1000/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates, Rs. 500/- for SC candidates and There is no fees for EXM / PwD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
