DSSC Recruitment 2023:- Defence Services Staff College (DSSC), Wellington (Nilgiris), Tamil Nadu has released a recruitment notification for filling up 44 posts of Stenographer Grade – II, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade), Sukhani, Fireman, Cook, Technical Attendant – Printing Machine Operator and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) – Office and Training vide Advt. Name of the Posts:

• Stenographer Grade – II: 04 Posts
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 07 Posts
• Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade): 05 Posts
• Sukhani: 01 Post
• Fireman: 16 Posts
• Cook; 03 Posts
• Technical Attendant – Printing Machine Operator: 01 Post
• Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) – Office and Training: 07 Posts

Age Limit: 

• For Stenographer Grade – II, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade) and Fireman [18 to 27 years]: Born not earlier than 24.09.1996 and not later than 23.09.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For Cook, Technical Attendant – Printing Machine Operator, Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) – Office and Training and Sukhani [18 to 25 years]: Born not earlier than 24.09.1998 and not later than 23.09.2005. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For Stenographer: Intermediate (10+2) passed and Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m Transcription: 50 mts (English) & 65 mts (Hindi) on computer.
• For Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Intermediate (12th) passed and should have 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer.
• For Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade): Intermediate (10+2) passed and should have valid Driving License for Heavy Motor Vehicle with Two years experience of Driving Vehicles.
• For Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) – Office and Training, Cook: Matriculation (10th) Passed.
• For Sukhani: Intermediate (10+2) passed and Certificate in Swimming.
• For Fireman: Matriculation (10th) passed with Six months Certificate of Fire Aid, Fire Fighting Appliances.
• For Cook: Intermediate (10+2) passed with Two years experience OR Certificate from ITI in Cook with Two years experience.
• For Technical Attendant – Printing Machine Operator: Certificate from ITI in Printing Machine Operator OR Matriculation (10th) passed with One year experience.

Fees: There is no fees for all applicants.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Stenographer Grade – II, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade), Sukhani, Fireman, Cook, Technical Attendant – Printing Machine Operator and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) – Office and Training in DSSC Recruitment 2023 are given below:

• Written Test
• Skill Test (Required for some posts)
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination

Pay Scale: 

• For Stenographer Grade – II: Rs. 25500 – Rs. 81100/-
• For Technical Attendant and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): Rs. 18000 – Rs. 56900/-
• For Other Posts: Rs. 19900 – Rs. 63200/-
