Age Limit:

• For General: Born not earlier than 03.03.1981 and not later than 02.03.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For SC / BC: Born not earlier than 03.03.1976 and not later than 03.02.2005. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification:

• For Staff Nurse: Diploma in General Nursing and Mid-wifery (GNM) / Bachelor Degree in Science (B.Sc) in Nursing. Should be registered in Haryana State Nurses Council
• For ANM: Certificate in A.N.M. Registered with Haryana Nurses Council.
• For Pharmacist: Diploma in Pharmacy and should be registered as Pharmacist.
• For Optometrist: Degree / Diploma in Optometry with Two years experience.
• For STLS: Bachelor Degree in any stream and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. Should have Two wheeler driving license and Two months Certificate in Computer Operations.
• For Secretarial Assistant: Bachelor Degree with Diploma in Secretarial Assistance or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application with 55% marks. 2 – 3 years experience.
• For Multi Rehabilitation Worker: Intermediate (10+2) passed with One and Half year certificate course of Multi Rehabilitation Worker and should be registered as rehabilitation personnel under Rehabilitation Council.
• For Laboratory Technicians: B.Sc in Lab Tech / Diploma in Lab Tech.
• For Sanitary Inspector: One year Health Sanitary Inspector course.
• For Accounts Assistant cum Data Entry Operator: B.Com with 55% marks and One year experience.
• For Other Posts: Please refer to Official Detail.

Fees: Rs. 1000/- for General candidates and Rs. 750/- for SC / BC candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
