- Electrical Engineering (EE): 17 Posts
- Associate Professor: 50 Posts
- Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology (CSE / IT): 26 Posts
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE): 12 Posts
- Instrumentation and Control Engineering (ICE): 04 Posts
- Electrical Engineering (EE): 08 Posts
Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)
- For Assistant Professor (18 to 35 years as on 11.11.2025): Born not earlier than 12.11.1990 and not later than 11.11.2007. (both dates inclusive)
- For Associate Professor (18 to 50 years as on 11.11.2025): Born not earlier than 12.11.1975 and not later than 11.11.2007. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Assistant Professor: B.E / B.Tech / B.S. and M.E / M.Tech / M.S. in relevant subject
- For Associate Professor: Ph.D in relevant subject + 6 – 8 years experience.
Fees: Rs. 2000/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and Rs. 1000/- for SC / ST / PwBD candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in Delhi NSUT Recruitment 2025 are given below:
- Written Test
- Teaching Aptitude Assessment
- Interview
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Pay Scale:
- For Assistant Professor: Rs. 57700 – Rs. 182400/-
- For Associate Professor: Rs.: 131400 – Rs. 217100/-
