DDA Recruitment 2025:- Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has released a notification for filling up 1383 posts of MTS, Assistant Security Officer, Mali, Patwari, Stenographer, Surveyor, Naib Tehsildar, Programmer, ASO, Legal Assistant & Various Post vide Advertisement No. 09/2025/Rectt. Cell/Pers./DDA. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 06.10.2025 to 05.11.2025 Upto – 06:00 P.M. using given link below. Age Limit (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates):

• For Deputy Director (18 to 40 years as on 05.11.2025): Born not earlier than 06.11.1985 and not later than 05.11.2007. (both dates inclusive)
• For Assistant Director (Planning / Architect / Landscape) [18 to 35 years as on 05.11.2025]: Born not earlier than 06.11.1990 and not later than 05.11.2007. (both dates inclusive)
• For Assistant Director (System / Ministerial) [18 to 30 years as on 05.11.2025]: Born not earlier than 06.11.1995 and not later than 05.11.2007. (both dates inclusive)
• For Assistant Executive Engineer, Naib Tehsildar (21 to 30 years as on 05.11.2025): Born not earlier than 06.11.1995 and not later than 05.11.2004. (both dates inclusive)
• For Legal Assistant, Planning Assistant, Architectural Assistant, Programmer, Section Officer, Junior Translator, Stenographer (18 to 30 years as on 05.11.2025): Born not earlier than 06.11.1995 and not later than 05.11.2007. (both dates inclusive)
• For Junior Engineer (J.E), Assistant Security Officer and Junior Secretariat Assistant [18 to 27 years as on 05.11.2025]:Born not earlier than 06.11.1998 and not later than 05.11.2007. (both dates inclusive)
• For Surveyor, Mali and MTS [18 to 25 years as on 05.11.2025]: Born not earlier than 06.11.2000 and not later than 05.11.2007. (both dates inclusive)
• For Patwari (21 to 27 years 05.11.2025): Born not earlier than 06.11.1998 and not later than 05.11.2004. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For Architectural Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
• For Legal Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Law (L.L.B) with Three years experience.
• For Naib Tehsildar: Bachelor Degree in any stream with 50% marks.
• For Junior Engineer: Diploma in Engineering in relevant trade.
• For Surveyor: Diploma / Certificate from ITI in Surveyor trade with Two years experience.
• For Patwari: Bachelor Degree in any stream.
• For Programmer: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Computer Science / Computer Engineering 8 Electronics OR Master Degree in Computer Science / Computer Application. One year experience.
• For Planning Assistant: Bachelor Degree in Planning / Architecture.
• For Assistant Executive Engineer: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in relevant trade.
• For Assistant Director (Ministerial): MBA with Personnel / HR / Industrial Relation / Real Estate / Urban Management / Finance Marketing.
• For Sectional Officer (Horticulture): Bachelor Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry.
• For Junior Translator (Official Language): Master Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at Degree Level.
• For Assistant Security Officer: Bachelor Degree in any stream.
• For Stenographer: Intermediate (10+2) passed with 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi + Stenography.
• For Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Intermediate (10+2) passed with 35 w.p.m typing speed in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi.
• For Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) and Mali: Matriculation (10th) Passed.

Fees: Rs. 2500/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and Rs. 1500/- for SC / ST / PwBD / Female / ExSM candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Net Banking / UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of MTS, Assistant Security Officer, Mali, Patwari, Stenographer, Surveyor, Naib Tehsildar, Programmer, ASO, Legal Assistant & Various Post in DDA Recruitment 2025 are given below…

• Skill Test (Required for some posts)
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination
