CSIR CSIO Driver, Receptionist, SO Recruitment 2026:- Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) – Central Scientific Instruments Organisation, Chandigarh has released a recruitment notification for filling up 06 post of Security Officer, Receptionist and Driver vide Advt. No. Regular-01/2026. Eligible / Interested candidates can apply online from 14.08.2026 to 14.09.2026 upto – 05:00 P.M. using given link below. Age Limit: (Relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates)
- For Security Officer (18 to 35 years as on 14.09.2026): Born not earlier than 15.09.1991 and not later than 14.09.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For Receptionist (18 to 28 years as on 14.09.2026): Born not earlier than 15.09.1998 and not later than 14.09.2008. (both dates inclusive)
- For Driver (18 to 27 years as on 14.09.2026): Born not earlier than 15.09.1999 and not later than 14.09.2008. (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:
- For Security Officer: Ex-Serviceman
- For Receptionist: Graduate + 2 years experience.
- For Driver: Matriculation (10th) passed + LMV & HMV License + 3 years experience.
Fees: Rs. 590/- for General / EWS / OBC candidates and There is no fee for SC / ST / PwBD / ExSm / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.
Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Security Officer, Receptionist and Driver in CSIR CSIO Recruitment 2026 are given below:
- Written Test (For Driver and Security Officer Posts Only)
- Skill Test (For Driver Post)
- Personality Assessment Test (For Receptionist Post)
- Physical and Personality Assessment Test (For Security Officer)
- Document Verification
- Medical Examination
Pay Scale:
- For Security Officer: Rs. 93758/-
- For Receptionist: Rs. 74530/-
- For Driver: Rs. 41718/-
