Age Limit: (18 to 25 years)

• For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 16.06.1998 and not later than 15.06.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For OBC: Born not earlier than 16.06.1995 and not later than 15.06.2005. (both dates inclusive)
• For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 16.06.1993 and not later than 15.06.2005. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification:

• For ASI (Male / Female): Bachelor Degree in any stream and should have valid driving license for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) + 80 hours Computer Concept Course (CCC) [The candidates who have Certificates / Diploma / Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in Computer Science is exempted to provide CCC Course.]
• For ASI (ESM): Ex-Serviceman

Physical Eligibility:

• For Male:
  • Height: 170 cms
  • Chest: 81 – 85 cms
  • Race: 1600 Mtr in 6 Minutes 30 Seconds
  • High Jump: 04 Feet
  • Long Jump: 14 Feet
• For Female:
  • Height: 157 cms
  • Race: 500 Mtr in 2 Minutes and 30 Seconds
  • High Jump: 03 Feet
  • Long Jump: 08 Feet
• For ESM:
  • Race: 1600 Mtr in 10 Minutes

Fees: Rs. 1000/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates, Rs. 800/- for SC candidates and There is no fees for Ex-Serviceman candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Assistant Sub Inspector in Chandigarh Police Recruitment 2023 are given below:

• Written Test – Objective Type (Tier – I)
• Written Test – Subjective Type (Tier – II)
• Physical Efficiency and Measurement Test (PE&MT)
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination
